WING SYSTEM:

Tiered wing system been released.

At the moment just Tier 1 wings are available.

To craft your wings, talk to the tailor and give the following ingredients:
– Vanity wings
– x10 Phoenix Feather

The enchant cap in T1 wings is set to 60%.
– Enchant can be done at the tailor in town or in Saigo
– Required materials are White Feathers and CP
